Ginna Carroll

A Savannah native, Ginna Carroll brings a unique combination of financial expertise, business acumen, and deep community knowledge to her real estate career. She graduated from Savannah Christian Preparatory School, earned a BBA in Finance from The University of Georgia, and received a Master’s in Accounting from The University of Virginia. Ginna began her professional career with Ernst & Young in Atlanta, where she worked as a financial auditor before transitioning into Human Resources consulting, advising more than 1,500 employees across 14 Southeastern offices.

In 2008, Ginna and her husband, Doug, returned to Savannah after a decade in Atlanta and chose The Landings as the place to raise their two daughters. Ginna subsequently served as Human Resources Director for the MacAljon Family of Companies, where she led human resources initiatives and worked closely with employees and leadership teams across a diverse group of businesses. During that time, she realized her greatest professional fulfillment came from helping people navigate major life decisions and transitions. Inspired by the opportunity to combine her business expertise with a more personal, client-focused approach, she launched her real estate career in 2014 alongside Jill Brooks at The Landings Real Estate Company. Together, they have surpassed $300 million in career sales and consistently rank among the area’s top-producing agents.

Beyond real estate, Ginna remains deeply involved in the Savannah community. She co-founded The Next Generation for The Children’s Hospital at Memorial University Medical Center and served as its Vice President of Operations for five years. She is an active member of Wesley Monumental United Methodist Church, serves on the Union Mission Board of Directors and the Savannah Country Day School Board of Trustees, and is President of the Savannah Country Day School Parent Association. In her free time, she enjoys tennis, pickleball, and spending time with family and friends in the community she proudly calls home.
